Payment by an American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa accepted with no surcharge. We use a secure online card processing system and your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped. Most items are in stock and ship within one business day of order reciept. If a product is backorderer for more than 5 days, we will contact you with regards to your options. You may also place an order by phone by calling 1-800-326-5165. If we are busy when you call you may leave your ordering information or a phone number where we can return your call. If you prefer to pay by check, call a Sales Advisor to process your order and direct your payment. Please allow 10 business days for company and personal checks to clear. Business and Personal checks are accepted up to $250. Business and Personal cashier's checks are also accepted up to $250. Purchase Orders are accepted for corporate, educational and government orders. All checks or Purchase Orders must include a contact person and phone number in order to be processed. A $20.00 administration fee will be charged on all returned checks. Due to the high cost associated with C.O.D. orders, we are no longer accepting that method of payment. We are taking this step to maintain our ability to offer our customers the most competitive prices available. Applicable sales tax will be added to MA state orders.
